This compilation was originated to be a series, the RND series. RND because the music contained within the discs is a diverse (and if one was to analyse specifics, quite RaNDom) selection of current electronic music. It wasn't intended to be exclusively limited to electronic music, and not all of the sounds on the CD were created via electronic means; it just so happened that the artists featuring on the CD sound pretty damn electronic. The idea was to make this series frequent, collecting together artists known and unknown from various labels (and without labels) and to bring them together, to level the playing-field, and produce a high quality product which is easily accessable (cheap price!).
Volume 2 takes a completely different format..! MORE SOON.
